Summary

This position will assist with developing, implementing, and optimizing Cooler Master's Solution with a growth strategy through partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue for our products and new business initiatives.


The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.


Role & Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to the following):

  • The primary responsibility of this role will be to evaluate, define and negotiate new partnership opportunities and to work closely with internal teams on bringing the new partnerships to market.
  • Engeage and visit channel customers - Resellers + Distribution Partners
  • Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts, increasing their affinity for their products, adding new contracts, and the likelihood of renewals
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop positive relationship with clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Lead the sales process in renewals and up-sell opportunities
  • Provides prescriptive feedback to the global product team to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate and drive alignment of multiple marketing strategies to drive awareness.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
  • Monitor account satisfaction and identify customer problems; coordinate with Customer Engagement to remedy situations
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions
  • Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence our client's value proposition
  • Customer development to acquire net new customers to increase revenue
  • Customer visit, sales training, tradeshow & events

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in business development /account management.

Experience in PC hardware, components, electronics, or another fast innovative field

Experience in clouding gaming, the streaming, System integration field is preferred

Experience working with retail channels is a plus, including Amazon, Best Buy, NewEgg and etc.

Working experience with National Distributor, (Ingram Micro, D&H) & VAR community or Reseller , systerm intergration partership

Demonstrable record of accomplishment in developing closing strategic deals that have made major impacts for organizations and achieved strong outcomes business results.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
