Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a highly experienced Sales Account Manager to join a dynamic team in Idaho. This role is crucial for driving sales success in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in semiconductor sales, marketing management, and process engineering.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership by assembling customer perspectives from various facts and developing strategic responses to capitalize on opportunities or counteract threats.
- Interact professionally with customer representatives ranging from technicians to vice presidents.
- Lead a multi-discipline account management organization including Marketing, Development, Field Service, Technical Support, and Sales Support.
- Maintain patience, diplomacy, and tact under pressure, while fostering mutual respect and effective communication within the organization.
- Meet individual sales objectives for assigned products, qualify new business targets, and confirm forecast changes regularly.
- Manage the entire sales process from opportunity identification to final equipment sign-off.
- Coordinate and negotiate all customer interactions, including factory visits, evaluations, and inspections.
- Guide sales administrators on order entry and forecast responses, negotiate payment terms, and maximize profit margins.
- Develop intimate knowledge of customer problems and align technology solutions to solve these issues, increasing the installed base of existing and new technologies.
- Coordinate all RFQs from initial request to booking, and maintain comprehensive account files and reports.
- Communicate opportunities and risks effectively, manage meetings, and establish periodic meetings to maintain account control.
- Develop relationships with key customer contacts across various departments and promote the extendibility of existing platforms.
- Take commercial ownership for sustaining business activity and support sales processes for system-level orders and modifications.
- Provide backup sales efforts for new business opportunities and support all customer-defined meetings, handling escalations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 10+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
- Marketing management experience with a top semiconductor IDM.
- Preferred background in semiconductor process engineering.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in managing complex sales processes and customer relationships.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 1st Shift
Benefits
The role offers competitive compensation with a salary range between $155,000 and $200,000 per year.
