We're looking for a Sales Account Manager who's driven, strategic, and ready to make an immediate impact.


What You'll Do

  • Own the client relationship from onboarding through expansion, becoming a trusted advisor and the go-to contact for all account matters.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Develop account plans based on client goals and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with our offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our solutions, logistics, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Report on key metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth - and use data to inform strategy.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to proactively offer innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success - preferably in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or service industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
