Role: Closer (Account Executive)

Location: 100% Remote (Forever)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Comp:

• Training Month: $1,000/week

• Post-Training: 10% commission per deal

• Top Earners: $120K-$200K+ OTE. No cap. No fluff.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Closing deals. We have what they need-you just have to get the yes.
• Talk to decision-makers. No gatekeepers. No fluff.
• Sell a product that delivers. Our service works. Period.
• Own your pipeline. We use HubSpot to keep it tight.
• Follow up like your paycheck depends on it. (Because it does.)
• Get coached. Get better. Win bigger.

We're Looking For Closers Who:

• Have a proven sales record (ideally remote).
• Thrive on commission checks, not cozy salaries.
• Know how to build urgency and overcome objections without sounding like a rookie.
• Are self-led, driven, and allergic to hand-holding.
• Bonus points if you've sold to or worked in construction. You'll feel right at home.
