Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Engaging in prospecting and relationship-building to understand clients' goals and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Offering a mix of customized solutions and digital advertising.
  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Representing Cox Media at local business events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
  • Involved in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Who You Are:

You thrive in high-energy environments, love building relationships with clients, and enjoy discovering innovative solutions. You possess:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cable, broadcast, advertising sales/support, or marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A valid driving license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong motivation to collaborate and multitask effectively in fast-paced settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and applications.
  • Interactive Advertising Bureau certification and/or Google AdWords certification.

Salary Range: $28,600.00 - $42,800.00 per year. Compensation includes a base salary as well as an annual incentive/commission target of $42,800.00 - $64,400.00.
