What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and close new deals
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and aligning our marketing services to help them grow
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and campaign strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience (agency or marketing sales is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills-you're confident in a pitch room or over the phone
  • Self-motivation and goal orientation-you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Familiarity with marketing services (digital, branding, creative, media, etc.)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • A team-player mindset with a passion for client success

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $45,000-$55,000yr +commission (based on experience)
  • PTO: 3 weeks + major holidays
