First year potential total compensation is $80,000

  • Base: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 depending on experience
  • First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, of $80,000 (approximate)

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be accountable for engaging with potential and existing clients to promote and sell our range of services, including office technology, IT solutions, document management, and marketing services within a designated territory with the South Central Pennsylvania area.


Aside from generating new business, you will play a critical role in bringing innovative, real-world solutions for our client's office management, technology and marketing needs by helping them cut costs and drive growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads.
  • Present and sell HIG office and business solutions, including multi-functional products.
  • Drive net new business through prospecting and high conversion rate of warm leads from lead generation campaigns.
  • Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning HIG products and services where business opportunities exist. Develop relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating the terms of the sale and client training. Act as an ambassador and representative for HIG.
  • Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management and prospecting objective-identify key areas of opportunity for new business. Conduct sales reporting as required.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • One or more years of outside or inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
