We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Sales Account Executive for our Low Voltage division in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base, establishing strong client relationships, and driving sales. This exciting role requires a deep understanding of Access Control and structured cabling, and offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the territory and expand our customer base.
2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide solutions using our low voltage products and services.
4. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations tailored to client needs.
5. Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
6. Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and product knowledge.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
8. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales forecasts, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
9. Participate in industry events and professional organizations to expand network and promote our brand.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of proven work experience in sales, preferably in the low voltage or construction industry.
2. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with Access Control and structured cabling.
3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
4. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
