Job Description:

AlphaBOLD is looking for a self-motivated, and ambitious individual to join our team as we are looking to fill a Full time Sales Executive Account position.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility is to identify, qualify, manage, and close new opportunities for Microsoft Business Applications (CRM, PowerApps), Oracle ERP (NetSuite), Custom Development, and ad-hoc services and solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Build productive and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Tackle time-critical projects. Conduct outbound sales through phone, email, and networking. Generate leads.
  • Perform account management to identify cross-sell opportunities. Maintain and build a pipeline of new and existing client projects. Coordinate with Project Managers to perform demos and develop proposals.
  • Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base.
  • Collaborate with AlphaBOLD's business development and marketing teams to hunt and qualify new business through calls, networking, social media, and attending industry shows/events. Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy- and follow-up calls.
  • Understand clients' business needs and align with appropriate AlphaBOLD services and solutions while working closely with AlphaBOLD's presales solution architects and service delivery teams.
  • Prepare and deliver prospective client presentations articulately and confidently. Develop and nurture Microsoft and Oracle field sales relationships.
  • Track, update, and manage the sales pipeline in Dynamics CRM.
  • Meet sales and team targets with the sales team and leadership.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a proven Sales role within the CRM or ERP industry with consistent annual quota performance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Business Application eco-system is preferred
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A positive, "can do" attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • General understanding of the principles of sales
  • Strong will and determination to reach the established sales goals.
