Job Summary:

As a PEO Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our PEO services. This role requires existing experience in the PEO space. Our client is looking for a strategic hunter mentality, strong consultative sales skills, and a deep understanding of HR / Benefits outsourcing solutions. This role is fully remote, but must be based in Atlanta, GA or a surrounding city.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients in target markets.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored PEO solutions.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers including business owners, CFOs, and HR professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., onboarding, HR, benefits) to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the PEO, HR outsourcing, payroll, benefits
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling ability.
  • Must have channel partner/broker relationships
