Interstate NationaLease has an immediate opening in our W. Atlanta, Marietta and Norcross GA market for a Sales Account Executive. The role of the Sales Account Executive requires interacting with existing customers and prospecting for new and potential customers in a defined sales territory.

The following duties and responsibilities are requirements for this position:

  • Make sales calls on existing and established accounts within a defined sales territory to identify Full-Service Lease, Contract Maintenance, Rental and Sales and Service opportunities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction .
  • Make prospecting calls to establish relationships with potential new customers. Make subsequent follow-up calls to develop these relationships into new business opportunities.
  • Work with service personnel to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Identify competitor accounts and target for INL opportunities.
  • Continuous training to stay up to date on new products and training offered by all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) suppliers represented by INL.
  • Conduct joint sales calls with service personnel to identify customers who may not be utilizing all the products and services INL provides.
  • Maintain detailed record keeping and reporting to keep Management up to date on potential and working deals.
  • Ability to travel away from home for short periods of time for training and sales calls in our extended market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years Sales Experience. Outside sales experience required.
  • Experience in the transportation industry.
  • Willingness to train to increase product knowledge of all product lines represented by INL and close sales of INL product lines and services to customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with computer proficiency needed in an office environment, i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills.
  • High energy and enthusiasm required to meet the rigorous demands of the position.
  • Clean MVR for the past 5 calendar years.
