Position Overview: As a
Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce environment to support business operations. You will play a crucial role in designing automated workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring the successful implementation of
Field Service Lightning. Additionally, you will assist with general office technology troubleshooting, making you an essential resource for the team.
Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and manage Salesforce Flow automation to improve business processes.
- Become the in-house Field Service Lightning (FSL) expert, overseeing implementation and optimization.
- Support system integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal users.
- Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and AI-driven features, recommending enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Assist with general office technology troubleshooting as needed.
Required Qualifications: - Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow automation and process design.
- Willingness to become a subject matter expert in Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.
- Interest in AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency.
- General IT troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: - Additional Salesforce certifications (Field Service Lightning Consultant, Platform App Builder, etc.).
- Experience in the fire suppression or service-based industry.
- Knowledge of AI-powered Salesforce features and integrations.
- Data management and reporting experience.
Compensation & Benefits: - $80,000 - $90,000 per year
