We are excited to offer a fantasticopportunity for a passionate and motivated General Practitioner to join ourteam through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme. This role is ideal fora recently qualified GP (within the last two years of completing CCT and notheld a substantive post) who is eager to grow within a supportive andforward-thinking primary care environment.

As a valued member of ourmultidisciplinary team, you'll work autonomously while collaborating closelywith other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patientswithin a modern primary care setting. You'll bring clinical expertise and apatient-centred approach, providing high-quality care and professional adviceto patients, carers, and colleagues alike.

We are looking for someone who iscommitted to excellence in clinical practice and who takes professionalaccountability seriously, in line with GMC standards. Patient safety andquality care will underpin everything you do.

As a GP you'll have the benefit of working within a fully triaged system with 15-minute appointments and the support of an extensive pharmacy team.

Main duties of the job As a valued member of the clinical team your mainduties and day-to-day responsibilities will include a wide variety of dutiessuch as face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations, reviewing andauthorising repeat prescriptions, and managing practice correspondence andadministrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Specifically, you will be:
•  Providinghigh-quality, autonomous clinical care to patients in a primary care setting.
•  Conductingconsultations (face-to-face, telephone, online) and home visits whereclinically appropriate.
•  Diagnosing and managingundifferentiated and chronic conditions, developing personalised care plans.
•  Prescribing andreviewing medications in line with clinical best practice and local formulary.
•  Working closely withthe wider multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
•  Maintaining accurateand timely clinical records using SystmOne.
•  Contributing toclinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and the development of localprotocols.
•  Supporting trainingand development within the practice as appropriate.
•  Participating in theenhanced access rota and other PCN-wide initiatives. This role is offeredunder the ARRS scheme , and the post-holder must be able to travelindependently and work flexibly in line with service needs.

ClinicalResponsibilities

As a General Practitioner within ourteam, you will:
•  Conducta range of consultations (face-to-face, telephone, and online), includingsurgery appointments and home visits where clinically appropriate.
•  Providehigh-quality, autonomous clinical care in line with GMC guidance and currentbest practice.
•  Manageundifferentiated presentations, assess healthcare needs, and diagnose andtreat patients appropriately.
•  Screenpatients for risk factors and early signs of illness and develop proactivecare plans.
•  Providehealth education and lifestyle counselling to support long-term wellness.
•  Managean active patient caseload, referring to specialist services when needed.
•  Ensureall clinical records are accurate, timely, and in line with SystmOnestandards.
•  Contributeto the management of patient triage and workflow processes.
•  Contributeto practice audits, QI projects, and the development of clinical protocols.
•  Prescribesafely and appropriately in accordance with the practice formulary and bestpractice guidelines.
