About us

Our main surgery is located in the heart of Combe Down village on a leafy avenue, just a short walk from the charming Darling Deli - perfect for your morning coffee. We also operate a second site at Odd Down in the South of Bath. With 14,000 patients, we use a total triage model of care, which has received positive feedback from both patients and clinicians. This innovative approach promotes continuity, ensuring patients see the right clinician in an appropriate time frame, whilst also signposting to community services where appropriate.

Aspart of this redesign, we have amended our GP clinics to offer 15-minute face-to-face appointments, interspersed with 10-minute telephone calls and GP-initiated follow-ups. You'll be joining a supportive team of nine GPs, alongside four experienced nurse practitioners. An experienced team of practice nurses conduct the majority of chronic disease management, and the recent addition of GPAs has significantly reduced letters and administrative tasks.
