Responsibilities: - Collaborate on pre-sales activities, including initial prospect meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Lead the installation, integration, and deployment of ISC products within client environments.
- Support clients post-implementation through user testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and environment maintenance.
- Clearly communicate technical and functional aspects of both the product and implementation to clients and partners as appropriate for the audience.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, status updates, and documentation.
Key Competencies: The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:
- 4+ years of professional experience within an enterprise software company or systems integrator, including 2+ years in enterprise software implementation as both a developer and architect.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with clients.
- Experience with technologies such as Sun, Oracle, IBM, and Novell (preferred).
- Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and provisioning is a plus.
