Job Details

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Migration Specialist to lead the transition of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) functions from Omada to SailPoint. This role focuses on delivering a seamless migration that enhances user experience while improving the maturity and scalability of identity team processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SailPoint, a strong understanding of IAM best practices, and a structured approach to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Discovery and Design

Analyze the current Omada environment to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Define and document technical and business requirements for a successful migration.

Design a SailPoint solution that includes process improvements and discovery outcomes.

Develop a comprehensive project plan to guide the migration effort.

2. Development and Implementation

Build and configure technical components required for the SailPoint environment.

Create supporting documentation, process guides, and operational workflows.

3. Testing and Validation

Perform thorough testing to validate functionality, performance, and compliance.

Ensure the SailPoint implementation meets all specified business needs.

4. Support and Training

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting guidance.

Deliver tailored training to the IAM team to ensure full understanding of the new solution, including operational procedures and process flows.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ implementation and migration projects.

Familiarity with Omada IGA or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts and best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
