We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sage 100 ERP Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize our accounting and operations workflows within the Sage 100 environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90/200). This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and user support within Sage 100
Configure and customize modules including GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Sales Order, and Purchase Order
Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports or Sage Intelligence
Troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and coordinate with vendors or consultants as needed
Assist accounting and finance teams with month-end and year-end processes
Integrate Sage 100 with third-party systems (e.g., EDI, CRM, shipping platforms)
Document procedures and provide user training
Support data migration, cleanup, and audit processes
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with Sage 100 ERP
Experience with Crystal Reports, Sage Intelligence, or similar reporting tools
Strong understanding of accounting workflows and inventory management
Familiarity with EDI processes and integrations is a plus
Proficient in troubleshooting, user support, and systems administration
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
