Erply is a leading cloud-based POS and retail management software provider with over a decade of success in New York and Europe. We are excited to expand our footprint with a new office in Bonita Springs, Florida, and we're looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our growing team.


We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is driven, tech-savvy, and eager to exceed sales targets. If you're eager to break into B2B tech sales or level up your career, this is your chance to earn $100K+ OTE with uncapped commission while selling a powerful SaaS-based solution to businesses.


What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Introduce Erply's POS solutions to decision-makers and identify solutions to their business needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that showcase the value of Erply's cloud-based POS software.
  • Schedule appointments for Account Executives and support local market expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software (Collaborate with inbound sales teams and account executives to optimize the sales cycle.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and B2B sales (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, call centers, or appointment setting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
