Responsible for the pulmonary care of adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, both critical and non-critical, under physician direction with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:
- Emergency response (Code Blue and White)
- Airway management and suctioning
- Delivery of aerosolized drugs and ventilator management
- Oxygen delivery and therapeutic monitoring
- Chest film and blood gas analysis
- Documentation and equipment maintenance
- Participation in CAP and JC surveys
Advanced skills may include therapeutic gas management, pulmonary function testing, and nocturnal evaluations. Requires RT or RCP license, BLS certification, and RRT by NBRC. 1-3 years of experience preferred. Full-time position.
