Seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have experience working with .NET technologies (C or VB.NET) and a strong proficiency in UiPath. This role requires a problem-solver with technical expertise and a passion for automation to drive efficiency and scalability within our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create streamlined workflows.
- Develop and maintain UiPath bots, scripts, and workflows, ensuring robust and efficient automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize RPA scripts for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications.
- Follow best practices for RPA implementation, including security, error handling, and logging mechanisms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging automation technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
- Provide documentation, support, and training to internal teams on RPA implementation and usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in UiPath and experience developing RPA solutions.
- Strong programming skills in .NET (C or VB.NET) for automation script development.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating systems using REST/SOAP services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business users and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Experience with cloud-based automation platforms and orchestration tools.
