The Gist Our RPA Developer will design and deliver automation solutions using UiPath on a high-visibility program supporting ICE. The focus will be on building scalable, repeatable, and secure RPA solutions that transform how users interact with complex legacy systems, with an emphasis on performance, usability, and compliance. You'll join a collaborative team delivering voice, chat, and document understanding automations. The RPA Developer will work as part of a team in delivering hyper automation solutions that that bring high return on operations and delight to our end users interpret system data and support real-time decisions for the public and field agents.
What Your Day Might Include - Design, develop and implement automation solutions.
- Lead development of automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and product owners to refine requirements from live data and operational constraints.
- Architect and develop workflow-based solutions, as needed.
- Provide technical support of RPA Automation development and implementation in UiPath, Power Automate, AWS offerings.
- Build code sequences to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
- Proactively monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot, as needed.
- Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
- Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
- Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
- Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
- Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
- Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
- Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Acts as team leader on projects.
- Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
- Working aside Scrum Master and Business Analyst to align with agile best practices.
- Partake in a cadence of Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
You'll Bring These Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- Over 3+ years supporting clients in RPA and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance, including UiPath (required)
• Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices - Willingness to learn new programs and skills
• Programming skills in R, Matlab, Java, Python, C, C , C , VB, or .NET - Ability to identify processes that are ideal for automation and creative problem-solving ability.
- RPA tool (ex: UiPath, Power Automate) developer experience
- Experience creating SOPs and similar process guides to support RPA clients
- Ability to follow design and coding standards and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work directly with federal stakeholders, translate needs, and propose automation solutions with clear ROI
