RPA Developer

We have a 6 month contract to hire for an RPA developer with 2+ years of experience, healthcare industry experience, and UiPath suite of products experience. 100% Remote. EST hours, OT as needed.

Must have requirements:

• 2+ years' experience RPA developmentProven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• 1+ year experience with UiPath suite of products
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelors Degree

Nice to Haves:

• Healthcare experience

Performance Indicators:
The DnA department's RPA roadmap is in place, with goals, objectives and timelines identified for 2025. Performance will be measured against how well the team meets these
Responsibilities:

• Schedule is M-F, 8 am to 5 pm EST.
• OT as required to meet project deadlines.
• RPA developer will analyze, design and develop RPA solutions using the UiPath suite of products, will assist with requirements gathering and documentation, and assist with QA.
• Work is remote - a high degree of autonomy is expected. The ability to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule is a must.

About this role:

• The DnA RPA program is a relatively new effort. The DnA team has the autonomy to set up the program as we see fit, within best practices and regulatory standards, to meet DnA department strategic initiatives.
• This is an opportunity for an entry level RPA developer to gain significant UiPath development experience under the mentorship of an experienced senior developer.
• The requirement is for a robotics process automation (RPA) developer to join the Corporate Data and Analytics (DnA) department's new RPA team.
• The team currently consists of a project manager and a senior RPA developer. The RPA team works with the HEDIS IT Ops team as well as other key business and IT stakeholders to implement RPA solutions in line with the DnA department's strategic RPA roadmap.
