We are hiring talented RPA developers to build and execute RPA initiatives by analysing and designing process workflows; planning, designing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the solutions and systems delivered.
Requirements:
Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation, business and technical requirements, problem solving, and systems testing.
Basic understanding of cyber security implications of automation
Significant experience and understanding of common development models including waterfall and primary agile processes
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with business analysts and business SMEs
Strong understanding of project management principles
Demonstrated continued knowledge acquisition of emerging/related technologies
Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies preferred
