Akkodis is seeking an RPA Automation Developer for a contract role with a client located in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a strong understanding of automation tools and solution delivery strategies.

Pay Rate: $53.03-$68.18/hour on W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

RPA Automation Developer responsibilities include:
  • Translate customer business requirements into Intelligent Automation/RPA solutions
  • Design, build, and configure automation applications to meet business and application needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation for solutions, test procedures, and automation scenarios
  • Participate in process reviews to ensure a clear understanding of workflows before automation
  • Provide post-Go-Live support to operations during the stabilization phase of deployed solutions
Desired qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in RPA and intelligent automation implementations
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Strong skills in effort estimation, delivery planning, and technical solutioning
  • Experience in assessing automation opportunities and prioritizing them based on technical feasibility
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with an ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay Details: $53.03 to $68.18 per hour
