Position Overview:
We're hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to grow B2B sales by visiting and building relationships with bathroom/kitchen showrooms, retailers (like Ace Hardware), plumbing supply houses, and contractors.
This is a relationship-driven, boots-on-the-ground sales role ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face environments, understands product value, and excels at helping stores and buyers make profitable decisions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Territory Development: Visit 8-14 stores per day within your territory, introducing the acquSMK product line and identifying new partners.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term connections with store owners, buyers, and contractor networks.
- Product Promotion: Conduct in-store demos and training for team members and retail buyers.
- Sales Execution: Secure purchase orders and consignment agreements that meet weekly and monthly revenue goals.
- Account Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication, resolve concerns, and help partners drive turns and reorder volume.
- Intelligence Gathering: Capture market insights and competitor feedback to continuously improve messaging and strategy.
- Goal Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets ($8K/week, $40K/month).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (home improvement or construction supply preferred)
- Deep understanding of buyer needs in showrooms, hardware, and contractor channels
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Must be comfortable with field travel and territory management
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus, but not required
- Experience in plumbing fixtures or bath products is helpful but not essential
