The Grand Naniloa Hotel is hiring a Rooms Controller. This is an AM shift position, 4 days, 10-hour shifts. Apply today to join our amazing team. Responsibilities: A hotel room controller is responsible for:
• Managing a hotel's guest room inventory, coordinating room assignments based on guest requests and availability
• Ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue by strategically blocking rooms
• Acting as a liaison between the front desk, housekeeping
• Other departments to guarantee smooth guest check-in and check-out processes Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS)
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in room assignments and guest information
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures
• Marriott experience preferred Compensation: $17.23 per hour
• A hotel room controller is responsible for:
• Managing a hotel's guest room inventory, coordinating room assignments based on guest requests and availability

• Acting as a liaison between the front desk, housekeeping

• Essentially overseeing the day-to-day operations of room allocation within the hotel
