Join our team as a Room Service Server. In this role, you will:
- Complete closing duties, including proper storage of reusable goods and cleaning all work areas.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas to ensure a smooth service.
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware before use.
- Practice cleanliness by maintaining work areas throughout the day.
- Follow all company safety and security procedures, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Exhibit professionalism by ensuring your appearance is clean and tidy while maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests, utilizing clear and professional communication.
- Develop positive working relationships with team members to work towards common goals.
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards in all tasks.
- Engage in physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds and moving over various surfaces.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- No prior related work experience necessary.
- No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, which includes healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, earned paid time off, life insurance, and well-being benefits. Benefits may have specific eligibility and conditions.
