Position Summary As a Territory Branch Manager for our Raleigh branch, you'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team. You'll have full support from our leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff as you drive growth, cultivate new business, and oversee the success of your territory. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and grow a branch, following the proven models we've used to expand across other locations.
Key Responsibilities - Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, leveraging both retail and insurance-focused sales approaches.
- Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets.
- Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for your team.
- Maintain high standards for client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality roofing solutions.
Qualifications - Experience:
- At least 5+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal).
- 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
- Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales, along with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals.
- Winning Attitude: A positive mindset and strong work ethic that fosters a supportive, results-driven culture from the top down.
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: Six-figure base
