Must have:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of in-depth experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks across various modules.
Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks.
Strong experience in designing and developing Crystal Reports.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid experience working in manufacturing environments.
Nice to have:
Experience working in plastics manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with multiple ERP systems and multi-ERP environments.
Experience with other reporting tools and business intelligence systems.
Experience in IT integrations of acquired companies.
Experience implementing quality management systems (QMS).
Familiarity with SQL Queries and/or Oracle.
Experience managing or supporting IT projects in multi-site organizations.
