Chara Christian Dance Academy is looking to hire Part-Time customer care team members to work with students and families in South Houston's largest dance and music studio. The mission of this position is deliver quality, high value customer service that impacts students of all ages and their families through the performing arts. Results will be measured by the meeting of student retention and enjoyment.
You will work directly with our Office Managers to cultivate a customer service program that lasts our students and their families a lifetime.
You are the rock star we are looking for if you are creative, responsible, enjoy working in a face-paced environment, love kids and adults, and want to GROW.
You will be working with our owner, Director of Customer Experience, Office Manager, and faculty so an easy to work with personality is a must as well as the desire to be a team player within a top class team.
Qualifications:
Completed or pursuing a degree preferred
Prior customer service experience
Bilingual preferred

Friendswood Location Shifts Available: Saturday 8:30am-5pm plus one weekday shift (candidate choice)
Compensation: Starting at $15 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and ongoing contribution. Retirement benefit potential as well.
