You will be a key player in supporting our restaurants, inspiring our teams to follow your example as a guest-led leader. Working alongside the Area Support team and restaurant management, you will find ways to innovate and deliver an exceptional team and guest experience while embodying the 5 stars in everything you do. You will be a curious and continuous learner, proactively seeking opportunities and welcoming feedback to develop and improve your knowledge, performance, and skillset.

Responsibilities & Deliverables: Team
  • Be an ambassador for our culture and values, always portraying an authentic positive attitude.
  • Champion standards and our culture, setting a positive example.
  • Ensure excellent communication skills to promote cohesive working relationships.
  • Enjoy meeting new people and confidently manage new teams daily.
  • Be adaptable to leverage the strengths and address the weaknesses of all restaurant teams.
  • Be open to giving and receiving feedback with all team members.
  • Learn new skills from different managers and transfer your skills to help other management teams grow stronger.
  • Develop authentic relationships with all restaurant team members, both FOH and BOH.
Guests
  • Act as a role model, ensuring decisions reflect our focus on true Southern Hospitality-showing passion for delivering a great guest experience.
  • Work with the Area team to ensure our restaurants are inviting and friendly environments for guests.
  • Regularly review guest feedback (including Yumpingo) to continually improve service and guest journey, understanding each restaurant's unique guest focus and supporting improvements.
  • Always seek ways to elevate and enhance our service to provide a better guest experience during your shifts.
Restaurant
  • Manage great shifts and adapt your style to each restaurant you work in.
  • Visit each restaurant regularly, working to meet the business needs, providing feedback and support to the Management & Area Manager.
  • Support in achieving restaurant and General Manager focuses, including restaurants in other areas/regions.
  • Be a vital support for new restaurant openings.
  • Understand each restaurant's unique team levels and apply your knowledge to support financial control.
  • Strive to gain in-depth knowledge of each restaurant's operations, health and safety, and cultural makeup.
  • Show passion and ownership, treating every restaurant as if it were your own.
