RN Unit Manager

Hourly Pay: $65/hr - $70/hr Location: Dallastown, PA

Schedule:
Days: Monday - Friday
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and manage the clinical operations of our nursing unit. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Coordinate patient care activities and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training.
Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Manage staff schedules, workloads, and ensure proper staffing levels.
Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
1 year of Unit Manager experience preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
