RN Unit Manager

Previous 1+ year of experience in a long-term care (LTC) or geriatric nursing setting preferred.
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, when necessary.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
Participate in care plan meetings with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
