RN Unit Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care and possess expertise in various nursing specialties.

SKIN LEAD/INFECTION CONTROL POSITION

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate nursing staff activities and patient care
Ensure adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and care plans
Assist in staff training and development programs

Qualifications
Proven experience in senior care and nursing supervision
Proficiency in aseptic technique, IV infusion, and Cerner software
Knowledge of memory care, acute care, dialysis, PICU, and Epic systems
Valid nursing license with supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
