Responsibilities:
The Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator works in collaboration with the Trauma Program leadership and is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the Trauma Performance Improvement Program at CRMC. Provides coordination and facilitation of performance improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, trending and benchmarking of data outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field. Three years trauma nursing experience in either the emergency department or an ICU setting. Additional experience in process improvement. PREFERRED: Masters Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Administration or other related field. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIRED: Current CA Registered Nurse License.
