Serves as a team leader, clinical resource person, and coach for staff, overseeing department operations and ensuring a positive work environment. Provides professional care to patients, assesses patient care, and mobilizes the patient care team. Assists in staff competence and performance development, prepares work schedules, and collaborates on fiscal management. Conducts team meetings, promotes a positive work environment, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Requires a nursing degree, clinical experience, RN licensure, and relevant certifications.
