RN - Surgical Cardiac Unit

Job Description Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is hiring an Experienced RN to work full time on their Surgical Cardiac Unit. Shift details: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, weekends and holidays required, flexible scheduling. In this role you will provide care to cardiology and post op cardiothoracic surgery patients. Saint Luke's Hospital is a level I trauma center and Magnet designated facility. Eligible for tuition reimbursement on any current or future education. Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
