RN Supervisor

Facility: Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Job Title: RN Supervisor
Location: Rahway, NJ
Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
Salary: $95,000 per year

Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department functions

Ensure nursing personnel adhere to job descriptions and facility policies

Participate in facility surveys and audits as requested

Conduct daily rounds to maintain high nursing standards and quality of care

Qualifications & Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the State of New Jersey

Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home with managerial experience preferred

Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting

Strong verbal and written communication skills
