RN Supervisor

•  Sign-on bonuses up to $15,000.

•  Full-time RN role for new graduates, featuring a one-year Nurse Residency Program combining classroom and on-the-job training.

•  Program focuses on Clinical Leadership, Patient Safety and Outcomes, and the Professional Role of an RN.

•  Support provided by Nurse Manager, Preceptor, Mentor, and Nursing Outcome Improvement Facilitator.

•  Residency includes collaboration with peers, monthly sessions, and a group evidence-based practice project.

•  Requires Illinois RN license, BLS/CPR, ability to perform patient care tasks and withstand long periods standing.

•  Exposure to clinical environments and potential hazards.
