Seeking a full-time or part-time RN Nurse Supervisor for day shifts (7:00AM-3:30PM) with rotating weekends/holidays.

Provides leadership in sub-acute and long-term care, overseeing resident care, staff delegation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requires RN licensure, minimum 1 year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and Wisconsin license (or multi-state).
