Job Summary
The Resident Care Manager oversees care delivery at one of our Alliance Nursing Adult Family Homes, ensuring care is compassionate, clinically sound, and fully compliant. You'll fulfill the legal responsibilities of the Resident Manager and lead your care team with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, support, and coach AFH employees to ensure top-tier care and retention
Oversee and coordinate individualized care for medically complex residents
Ensure training is current and staff performance meets our high standards
Uphold and enforce all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements
Qualifications
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Confident in upholding and training others on state and federal regulations
Sound nursing judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems
Experience
Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience
At least 1 year of ventilator and tracheostomy experience
Experience in adult family homes and familiarity with WAC 388-76 & 388-112 (preferred)
Licensure & Certifications
Active Washington State RN license (unrestricted)
CPR certification (Health Care Provider or Professional Rescuer)
Meets qualifications outlined in WAC 388-76 and 388-112
