RN Registered Nurse Supervisor

The RN Supervisor oversees high-quality nursing care, managing daily operations of designated units.

•  Responsibilities include staff supervision, resource allocation, quality improvement, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

•  Supports staff development, promotes a positive work environment, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient safety and satisfaction goals.

•  Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), RN licensure, 2+ years clinical experience, BLS certification, and supervisory experience is preferred.

•  Works weekdays from 8AM to 5PM in a full-time role, focusing on operational and clinical excellence.
