RN Registered Nurse

•  On-Call Registered Nurse provides and directs hospice care, focusing on patient and family needs after hours (nights/weekends).
•  Responsibilities include responding to triage calls, conducting assessments, developing and revising care plans, administering medications, providing education, and supporting patients through crisis periods.
•  Collaborates with physicians and the care team, supervises aides, ensures safety, and maintains accurate clinical notes.
