RN, Registered Nurse - Emergency Care Center

This RN position requires independent practice within a similar clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care while managing contingencies and delegating tasks effectively.

•  Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, delivering evidence-based care, and addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.

•  Key duties involve medication administration, documentation, patient education, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

•   Candidate must demonstrate core competencies such as critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership in unit operations and patient flow.

•   Technical skills include compliance with policies, health info documentation, medical equipment usage, and safety practices.

•   Requirements: BSN preferred, 1 year RN experience preferred, BLS, RN license in state/compact, full-time position.
