The competent RN independently delivers routine and complex nursing care in a similar clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant factors and managing contingencies.
Provides patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation aligned with ANA standards. Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs while administering medications and treatments using established protocols. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and caregivers through education and resource identification. Delegates tasks appropriately to team members to ensure optimal care delivery. Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification. This is a per diem, as-needed role with no more than 850 characters.
