RN Registered Nurse

The Per Diem Nurse provides independent, comprehensive care within a clinical setting, utilizing critical thinking and the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.

•  Demonstrates proficiency in patient assessment, safety practices, documentation, medication administration, and patient education.

•  Works collaboratively, delegates appropriately, and manages unit operations to ensure quality, safe, and efficient care.

•  Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, maintains equipment and documentation standards, and participates in quality improvement activities.

•  Requires RN license, BLS, Bachelor s preferred, with at least 1-year relevant experience; work is per diem as needed.
