RN Registered Nurse

Seeking a competent RN with independent practice in a clinical setting to deliver routine and complex patient care, delegate tasks, and develop long-term care plans.

•  Responsibilities include applying ANA standards, utilizing the nursing process, addressing psychosocial needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and providing patient education.

•  Core competencies involve critical thinking, effective communication, patient flow management, unit operations, safety practices, and adherence to regulations.

•  Technical skills required include compliance with clinical policies, health information documentation, equipment handling, medical order processing, chart interpretation, and ensuring patient safety.

•  Qualifications include a BSN preferred, active RN license, BLS, and certifications like C-EFM, STABLE, ACLS, and NRP; experience and training in perinatal care are advantageous.

•  Work schedule is 7AM-7PM, as needed per diem.
