RN Registered Nurse

This RN role involves independent clinical practice, providing routine and complex patient care, and delegating tasks to team members.

•  Key responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

•  Ensures safety, quality care, compliance with regulations, and effective unit operations.

•  Requires a BSN (preferred), RN licensure, BLS, and certifications like NRP and STABLE within specified timeframes.

•  Experience in perinatal nursing or residency is preferred.

•  Shift: 7 PM 7 AM; orientation and competency validation are mandatory.
