Summary: Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and quality nursing care for assigned patients. Provides direction to LVN/LPNs and nursing assistants, and may function as charge nurse. Involves care for various age groups.
Responsibilities:
Develop and update nursing care plans. Implement and document patient care. Evaluate patient responses and revise goals weekly. Assess education needs and provide teaching. Maintain effective communication and report patient conditions. Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing. One year nursing experience preferred; new graduates accepted. Current Texas RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and crisis intervention training required. Work Type: Full Time
