RN / Registered Nurse

We are seeking an On-Call Hospice RN to deliver compassionate care to patients in their homes, working Friday evening through Monday morning.

•  Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, and communicating with physicians and families.

•  The role involves both routine and emergency visits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting patients and families through challenging times.

•  The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, current licensure, at least 1 year of nursing experience (3+ preferred), and knowledge of hospice care.
